We offer our customers a warranty and post-warranty service for Grafen devices.
The service takes place at Hendi’s headquarters or directly at the customer’s site through our own mobile service technicians located throughout Poland. This allows us to react quickly to received reports. Our service technicians are qualified and experienced employees who, thanks to having individual warehouses of parts, provide services in the shortest possible time. We provide our clients with a service platform, thanks to which they are kept informed about the status of the application.Report back
